  • Stripe, Fanbasis, Whop, and PayPal (payment processing — neither we nor GoHighLevel store your full card number)

  • Google (analytics, advertising, conversion tracking)

  • Community Platforms (GoHighLevel, or similar — member community hosting)

  • Mobile App Hosting and Technology Providers

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers

8.2 Third Party Community Platforms

Our member community may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Facebook Groups, GoHighLevel, or similar services. Please be aware that information you share in these communities is subject to those platforms' own privacy policies and terms of service, not solely this Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform you use.

8.3 Legal Disclosures

We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to legal process, to protect our rights or property, to prevent fraud, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

8.4 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes. We do not share your health or financial coaching information with third parties for any purpose other than service delivery.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, subject to the following guidelines:

  • Account and member data: Retained while your account is active and for 2 years following account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law

  • Payment and transaction records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with tax and accounting requirements

  • Form submissions and coaching records: Retained for the duration of your program plus 3 years

  • Marketing data (email, SMS opt-in records): Retained for the duration of the marketing relationship plus 3 years to demonstrate consent

  • Website analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics' data retention settings (default 26 months)

  • Security and fraud prevention logs: Retained for up to 2 years

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We are a private coaching and educational organization and is not a healthcare provider or covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Our services are not clinical in nature, and we do not diagnose, treat, or bill for medical conditions.

Health-related information you voluntarily share during your coaching experience is held in strict confidence. We use encrypted, access-controlled platforms to store this information. We restrict internal access to authorized personnel. We do not share health-related information with third parties except as required to deliver your coaching services or as required by law. This information is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.

14. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
